Dr. Edi Kapetanovic, MD, MBA
Principal
Dr. Edi Kapetanovic is a Principal at Inuksuk Ventures, where he leads scientific and clinical diligence, evaluating each company’s technology through the eyes of a practicing physician. He holds an MD and an MBA from Yale University. Edi co-founded Adipoligo Health Sciences (acquired). He is now a practicing diagnostic radiologist, biotech/med tech consultant and investor. He completed his general surgery internship at Stanford Health Care, diagnostic radiology residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and abdominal radiology fellowship at Northwestern.

Caleb McCartney
Senior Associate
Caleb McCartney is the Senior Associate at Inuksuk Ventures, where he leads due diligence operations, regulatory compliance, analyst onboarding and training, and Inuksuk’s strategic initiatives. Caleb spent six years in the military as an infantryman leading multiple M240L machine gun teams through beyond-the-wire missions in an active combat zone during a yearlong deployment in Kenya. Caleb holds a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University, where he is also an MBA Candidate (expected graduation 2027); he has graduated from UC Berkeley and Stanford’s “VC University”, as well as Silicon Valley’s “VC Lab” by Decile Group. Caleb serves at Inuksuk Institute, the Inuksuk Ventures Management Training Course.

Connor Zou
Venture Analyst
Connor Zou is a Venture Analyst at Inuksuk Ventures, where he assists with process automation, due diligence, and deal evaluation. Connor is currently a student pursuing a B.S. in Financial Engineering and Astronomy at Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, as well as COO of Morningside Heights Investments and a Senior Analyst at Columbia Alpha Partners. Connor has successfully completed VC University from UC Berkeley and Stanford, and is an alumnus of Silicon Valley’s VC Lab.
