Inuksuk Ventures in collaboration with the West Chester University Cottrell Entrepreneurship Center presents the Angel Venture Fair & Expo at the Union League of Philadelphia. The AVF&E is the longest-running founder-investor event in the Mid-Atlantic, started in 1999 by the Private Investors Forum.

This event is presented by the students of West Chester University with guidance and support offered by Inuksuk Ventures. This is a pivotal portion of Inuksuk’s efforts to promote experiential learning opportunities and train the next generation of successful private-market investors.

Our founder Dr. Marc Duey is a professor of an experiential learning course at West Chester University called MKT440: Applied Projects. Through this course the students of WCU have opportunities to expand their knowledge from academic into experiential. They select from a myriad of options to best aid their career path from business creation, event organization, industry collaboration, and marketing projects.

On his property in Chester Springs, Marc Duey built the World’s Largest Obstacle Course. These obstacles assist Inuksuk through our management training program, Inuksuk Institute, and are a great asset for our philanthropic collaboration with the Ed Snider Foundation, WCU Honors College, and University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton MBA Program.

Inuksuk Institute is an emerging management training program hosted on Marc’s property in Chester Springs. Under the leadership of Marc and team, C-suite executives are taken through customized outdoor simulation training courses designed to challenge participants individually and build trust in corporate teams.
